Investment Team Member – Treasury Front Office

About the role

The Investment Team Member will work within the Treasury Front Office of Aditya Birla Health Insurance, focusing on comprehensive evaluation of investment opportunities and effective fund deployment. The role involves analysing credit and interest‑rate risk of securities and ensuring optimal yield while supporting the company’s growth in the health‑insurance market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of potential investment opportunities across debt asset classes.
• Analyse credit risk and interest‑rate risk associated with securities.
• Ensure efficient and optimized deployment of the fund’s capital (approximately Rs 5,500 crore AUM).
• Maintain regular communication with market intermediaries and channel partners.
• Support the development of tailored solutions for SME and start‑up segments.
• Contribute to the creation of incentivised wellness programmes and digital, paper‑less processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset for evaluating investment opportunities and risk.
• Understanding of debt markets and credit assessment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with market intermediaries and internal stakeholders.
