About the role
Codeyoung is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our Business Development team. You will help drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting our mission to teach coding to children across India.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align sales efforts and drive business success.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated individual with a proven track record in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced, innovative team.
- Passion for education technology and helping children learn to code.
