About the role
The HR Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and candidates, handling inquiries related to benefits, policies, and HR systems. Based in North Goa, this role works on‑site and ensures a positive employee experience through timely and accurate support.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to employee questions about HR programs, benefits, and policies.
- Provide real‑time assistance for Workday self‑service processes.
- Document issues and resolutions using ServiceNow and internal FAQs.
- Process HR transactions, including hires, I‑9 verification, and E‑Verify.
- Support core HR functions such as benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, payroll, and unemployment.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate tiers or third‑party providers and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Contribute to service center metrics and occasional project work.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
- Flexibility to work within predetermined schedules.
Required skills
- Workday (HRIS) navigation and support.
- ServiceNow ticketing and documentation.
- Familiarity with I‑9 verification and E‑Verify processes.
