Senior Career Consultant / Demo Trainer (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Career Consultant who will also act as a Demo Trainer for our Prime Pathway Program. This freelance, remote position involves guiding clients through career transitions, helping them identify new opportunities, and supporting skill development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct career counseling sessions with clients via online meetings.
• Provide professional advice on career growth, job opportunities, and skill development.
• Record attendance, meeting details, and next action items using the company’s form.
• Maintain high‑quality video meetings with proper camera setup, lighting, and minimal background noise.
• Track the number of meetings and conversions, ensuring at least 100 meetings per month.
• Convert clients based on guidance, with conversions counted in the month they occur.

Required profile

• Proven experience in career consulting or coaching at a senior level.
• Ability to manage a high volume of virtual meetings (minimum 100 per month).
• Strong organizational skills to log meeting details and follow‑up actions.
• Self‑motivated, reliable internet connection, and a professional home office setup.
