Leadership Hiring Recruiter

About the role

Sodexo India is looking for a dynamic recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for mid‑senior to leadership positions across the organization. The role requires strong market knowledge, stakeholder management, and proven expertise in leadership recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for leadership and senior management roles across functions.
• Define job specifications, design search strategies and build talent pipelines for niche mandates.
• Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative channels such as referrals, networking and head‑hunting.
• Conduct market intelligence and talent mapping within FMCG and facility‑management sectors.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to align hiring needs and provide regular progress updates.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews, assess cultural fit and leadership potential, and ensure a professional candidate experience.
• Manage offer negotiations, maintain recruitment data, dashboards and reports, and ensure compliance with hiring policies.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 8–10 years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to leadership hiring.
• Proven expertise in sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and alternate hiring channels.
• Understanding of the food services and facility‑management talent landscape (preferred).
