IT Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for Tech Roles

About the role

Wissen Technology is looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top IT talent, supporting the company’s growth across its global delivery model.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize job boards, social media, networking and other channels to source qualified IT candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Create and manage compelling job postings that reflect company branding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication throughout the hiring cycle.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Extend offers, negotiate terms and coordinate onboarding.
• Monitor market trends and salary benchmarks to advise on competitive compensation.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven ability to fill a range of technical positions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in Mumbai or Bangalore, India, and available for full‑time onsite work.
