About the role
The Human Resources Executive will support the Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel’s HR function by handling employee relations, recruitment compliance, and day‑to‑day HR administration. You will act as a liaison between staff and management, ensuring policies are applied consistently and confidentially.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and track employee relations issues, providing follow‑up and resolution support.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries about HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Coordinate annual employee surveys and handle related logistics.
- Answer phone calls, record messages, and provide professional front‑desk support.
- Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality standards in all HR activities.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard computer applications and point‑of‑sale systems.
