Foreman – Plant & Machinery – Site

About the role

The Foreman – Plant & Machinery – Site ensures that all construction equipment and machinery are available, safe, and efficiently used on a daily basis. You will coordinate operators, monitor equipment performance, and support the site team in meeting construction deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of plants and machinery on the construction site.
• Allocate operators and machines according to worksite requirements and construction schedules.
• Ensure operators follow safe operating practices and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor and log equipment operating hours, fuel consumption, and site movements.
• Maintain reliable equipment availability to support construction timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising plant and machinery operations on construction sites.
• Ability to schedule operators and allocate equipment efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of safety SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Capability to track and report equipment usage data.
• Team‑oriented mindset to support site crews.
