Financial Analyst I – FP&A (GFS Services)

About the role

The Financial Analyst I will join the Global Financial Services (GFS) team to support FinOps AP operations worldwide. You will own detailed analysis of forecasting models, providing visibility into work driver forecasts, average handling time trends, and headcount requirements to enable data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive monthly review and governance of data quality for process models in Anaplan.
• Coordinate with AP Ops teams to validate headcount allocations and work‑driver assumptions such as inflows, backlogs, overtime, and productivity.
• Identify efficiency opportunities through AHT tracking and communicate findings to business and service‑center leadership.
• Leverage work‑driver and headcount data to validate ROI and savings assumptions for new investments and ACES projects.
• Update bottom‑up forecast assumptions with project impacts and track variance post‑implementation.
• Partner with the WCP Anaplan Build team to design and automate new forecasting models.
• Provide business requirement documents to automate work‑driver data pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience analyzing data and creating reports for leadership.
