Director, Tax – Global Compliance & Reporting (TMT)

About the role

EY is seeking a Director to lead Global Compliance & Reporting for Technology, Media, Telecom (TMT) clients. The role focuses on delivering tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, supporting agile strategies, and enabling value‑creating M&A initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee global compliance and reporting processes within tax engagements for TMT clients.
• Apply tax compliance concepts across multiple jurisdictions and reporting requirements.
• Manage and review statutory and regulatory tax filings with high accuracy.
• Handle compliance documentation, reconciliations, and tax reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to support tax compliance delivery and process improvement.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of global tax compliance and reporting.
• Experience managing statutory and regulatory tax filings in multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of compliance documentation.
• Proven track record in delivering tax services to TMT or similar industries.
