Director, Corporate National Sales – North India

About the role

The Director – Corporate National Sales for North India will lead account management for Marriott’s national accounts, driving market share and revenue across all Marriott lodging brands. Reporting to the National Sales Team, the role combines strategic planning, relationship building and execution of sales initiatives to grow both existing and new business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement account strategies for assigned national accounts, targeting both group and transient business.
• Retain, expand and grow revenue through margin management, sales and marketing initiatives, and cross‑selling of extended‑stay and catering services.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and articulate financial benefits to customers.
• Maintain accurate account data in Opera Sales and Catering and collaborate with property leadership to ensure pull‑through of strategies.
• Support in‑market needs of properties, gather market intelligence, and act as the local service guarantee for customers.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field plus 3 years sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years relevant experience.
• Proven total account management experience in hospitality sales, strong English communication skills, and fluency in the local language.
