About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Executive to join our voice‑based service team in Gurugram. The role operates on a US shift schedule and requires delivering high‑quality assistance to customers over the phone.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Deliver exceptional service through voice support while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing concerns.
- Accurately document interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or a call‑center environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to work US shift timings.
- Immediate availability preferred.
