Team Leader – Telesales

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to manage our telesales team. The role focuses on selling health insurance products over the phone and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and clearly explain the company’s products and services.
• Convert prospective customers using predefined scripts.
• Collect and verify customer information and relevant data.
• Ask probing questions to understand customer specifications and needs.
• Process product orders professionally and suggest suitable solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and assess customer needs.
• Sell health‑insurance policies while aligning with organisational objectives.
• Educate customers online about the health‑policy purchasing process.
• Maintain call quality standards to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Develop and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in telesales or call‑center environments.
