Team Leader – Telesales

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to manage our telesales team. The role focuses on selling health insurance products over the phone and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and clearly explain the company’s products and services.
- Convert prospective customers using predefined scripts.
- Collect and verify customer information and relevant data.
- Ask probing questions to understand customer specifications and needs.
- Process product orders professionally and suggest suitable solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Sell health‑insurance policies while aligning with organisational objectives.
- Educate customers online about the health‑policy purchasing process.
- Maintain call quality standards to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Develop and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
Required profile
- Graduate degree.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in telesales or call‑center environments.
