About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Executive to join our voice‑based service team in Gurugram. The role operates on a US shift schedule and requires delivering high‑quality assistance to customers over the phone.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Deliver exceptional service through voice support while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing concerns.
  • Accurately document interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or a call‑center environment.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work US shift timings.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
