About the role

Genpact is hiring Process Associates for a voice‑based Customer Service role in Gurgaon. This is a walk‑in opportunity for candidates who can handle inbound queries, support account recovery, and deliver high‑quality service in a fast‑moving, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries and concerns via voice channels.
• Provide support for data collection to enable account recovery for end users.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
• Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
• Deliver excellent customer service while demonstrating critical thinking and analysis.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (law or diploma holders excluded).
• 0‑3 years of experience, with prior voice process experience preferred.
• Strong command of written English and a neutral English accent.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
