Construction Worker

About the role

We are seeking a competent Construction Worker to join our team on building, road, and other construction projects. You will help turn architects' and engineers' plans into solid, lasting structures while working safely on site.

Key responsibilities

• Assist tradesmen and machine operators throughout construction projects.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and similar structures with strict safety focus.
• Unload, transport, and position materials on construction sites.
• Operate equipment to break down old forms and structures.
• Handle explosives to demolish structures according to precise instructions.
• Prepare and apply construction materials such as cement to build or fill gaps.
• Smooth and level fresh concrete or other building materials.
• Clean the site by removing debris and discarded material.
• Place traffic signals where required.

Required profile

• Proven experience on relevant construction projects and with equipment.
• Physical strength and endurance for demanding manual tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, follow instructions, and adhere to safety rules.

Required skills

• Scaffolding erection and dismantling.
• Concrete finishing and leveling.
• Demolition equipment operation.
• Explosives handling for controlled demolition.
