Civil Supervisor – Construction Site Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee building construction activities across multiple sites in West Bengal. The role involves direct on‑site supervision, ensuring that projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction operations on various sites.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labor teams to maintain workflow.
• Monitor progress, report status to management, and address any on‑site issues promptly.
• Manage material deliveries, storage, and usage to avoid delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality control measures.

Required profile

• ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in on‑site building construction supervision.
• Willingness to travel across construction sites in and around West Bengal.
• Good understanding of civil construction methods and safety standards.
