About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead EPC projects from initiation through completion in Kolkata. The role involves overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate progress, issues, and resolutions regularly to all parties.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the project team.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
- 15–20 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in EPC projects.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
