Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Technician is responsible for maintaining the facility’s equipment and infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and breakdown maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and basic civil systems.
• Troubleshoot faults and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and service records.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and strictly follow weekly and monthly PM plans.
• Test emergency systems such as emergency lighting and fire alarms.
• Conduct routine check‑ups on air‑conditioning units, clean filters, monitor cooling parameters, and address minor cooling issues.
