Community Manager for AI‑Driven SaaS Platform

About the role

Garage.app is creating AI‑powered SaaS tools for founders, developers, and operators. We need a Community Manager who can build and nurture a vibrant ecosystem of early adopters, turning users into active contributors and product champions.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage community spaces on Slack, Discord, private forums, and similar platforms.
• Attract founders, indie hackers, developers, and SaaS operators to join the ecosystem.
• Identify power users and develop ambassador, beta‑tester, and champion programs.
• Facilitate discussions on product building, AI tools, SaaS growth, and startup journeys.
• Organise AMAs, product demos, virtual meet‑ups, and collaborative problem‑solving events.
• Collect feedback and user insights, then work with product and engineering teams to translate them into product improvements.
• Support marketing initiatives with community‑driven growth tactics and explore partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Passion for startup culture and a strong understanding of founder‑centric ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster a sense of belonging.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, experimental environment.

Required skills

• Experience with community platforms such as Slack and Discord.
• Familiarity with managing online forums or similar community tools.
