E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Orange Tree is seeking an E‑commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to oversee daily website operations, manage Shopify updates, and drive marketplace and digital campaign activities. The role requires a detail‑oriented professional comfortable handling product data, SEO, and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Update and develop Shopify website elements including banners, landing pages, collections, product pages, blogs, and promotional sections.
• Manage marketplace listings on platforms such as Wayfair, Etsy, and other relevant sites.
• Coordinate with marketplace support teams for listing approvals, issue resolution, and account updates.
• Perform on‑page and off‑page SEO to increase organic traffic.
• Execute email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Conduct website QA on desktop and mobile to ensure error‑free updates.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with e‑commerce platforms, product data, and digital campaigns.
• Basic understanding of email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and website QA.
• Experience of 2–4 years in a similar e‑commerce or digital marketing role.
