Public Relations Communications Manager

About the role

The Public Relations Communications Manager will support Godrej Enterprises Group’s Corporate Communications and PR function in strengthening the group’s reputation and increasing mindshare across B2B and B2C audiences. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications & PR, the role focuses on media relations, digital PR, internal stakeholder coordination, and industry thought leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑develop and execute PR strategies and publicity campaigns for B2C and B2B businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and ensure consistent corporate messaging.
• Identify and pursue thought‑leadership opportunities, including media, speaker, and sponsorship engagements.
• Conceptualize owned media properties to establish category‑based thought leadership.
• Increase the digital safety net of the brand by liaising with micro‑influencers and supporting social media content direction.
• Monitor digital analytics, derive insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate closely with brand managers and PR points of contact across business units.
• Provide strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and arrange capability‑building workshops.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media relations.
• Ability to craft narratives that align with corporate reputation pillars.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with digital PR tactics and influencer engagement.
