Content Coordinator

About the role

The Content Coordinator will manage CRM and channel content for H&M Group, ensuring accurate setup in automation tools and high‑quality copy across paid media and in‑store communications. You will work closely with production hubs, media agencies, and store teams to deliver timely, aligned content across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate content for CRM channels (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp) and local social or marketplace channels.
• Write, translate, validate, and proofread marketing copy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Plan and anticipate asset production needs for paid media and store communications.
• Brief and coordinate media asset requirements with local agencies, regional production hubs, and content editors.
• Manage POS asset requirements for printed material and digital screens in stores.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content management, copy editing, and proofreading, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks.
• Excellent linguistic abilities and a solid understanding of local media landscapes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with creative and office software tools.
• Knowledge of formats and assets for paid media (TV, OOH, OLV, display, social, print).
• Understanding of printed formats and retail store communication assets.
