Performance Marketing Executive – E‑commerce (1 yr exp)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Executive to join our e‑commerce team in Bangalore. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across major marketplace platforms while collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage campaigns on Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and other marketplace ad platforms such as Flipkart Ads.
• Analyze product performance, generate insights, and map digital touchpoints to drive reach, awareness, revenue and retention.
• Define marketing goals based on client business models and conduct consumer profiling to identify target audiences.
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize campaign performance to improve ROI.
• Prepare client reports, handle communication, and participate in review meetings.
• Support onboarding of new team members and mentor junior analysts.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in performance marketing for e‑commerce.
• Strong curiosity, proactive mindset and ownership‑driven approach.
• Ability to stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and continuously upskill.

Required skills

• Experience with Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and Flipkart Ads.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
