About the role
The Commis will support the production team in food preparation at Novotel Goa Panjim, part of the Accor hospitality group. This entry‑level kitchen position focuses on delivering high‑quality dishes while adhering to strict hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Production team with food preparation and related kitchen duties.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the Executive Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or Chef de Partie across any kitchen section.
- Maintain HACCP procedures and keep clear records at all times.
- Ensure food preparation and presentation meet the hotel’s quality standards.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as required and report any matters affecting hotel interests to management.
Required profile
- Willingness to follow instructions from senior kitchen staff.
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and support team needs.
