About the role
Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels is seeking an Assistant Housekeeper to join its team in Sakleshpur. This full‑time, on‑site position supports daily housekeeping operations and ensures a high standard of cleanliness for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping activities and maintain hygiene standards.
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage laundry services.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Train housekeeping staff on standard operating procedures.
- Organise housekeeping resources, inventory, and equipment.
Required profile
- Proficiency in laundry and general housekeeping tasks.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills for task prioritisation and resource management.
- Experience or aptitude for training and supervising staff.
- Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management training is a plus.
