Front Office Guest Service Agent (GSA)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated GSA – Front Office to join our team in Bangalore, India. As the face of our hotel, you will ensure guest satisfaction and uphold high standards of service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out processes accurately and efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations using the hotel management system.
• Maintain cash transactions and accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and special requests.
• Assist with luggage handling and arrange transportation services for guests.
• Resolve overbooking situations and room type changes efficiently.
• Conduct daily audits of guest folios and address discrepancies.
• Participate in upselling initiatives to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and general computer systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
