Food and Beverage Associate

About the role

The Food and Beverage Associate plays a vital part in delivering memorable guest experiences across the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, in‑hotel cafés and room‑service operations. You will work closely with team members to ensure service excellence and uphold Hilton’s high standards of quality and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders and serve food and beverage items promptly, including barista and cocktail duties when required.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions, and any updates.
• Keep service areas clean, organized, and ready for guest interactions.
• Accurately process guest payments and settle accounts.
• Respond to guest inquiries courteously and resolve any concerns.
