Join Minimalist Hotels as a Food and Beverage Captain in Panjim, delivering a high‑end, personalized dining experience that reflects the brand’s minimalist design ethos. You will guide guests through the menu, coffee, and cocktail offerings while ensuring seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑end, personalized dining experience, explaining the Minimalist concept and ensuring seamless service from coffee to cocktails.
• Demonstrate mastery of the menu, describing culinary techniques, coffee bean origins and bar offerings to guide guests.
• Execute flawless fine‑dining service, including silver service, proper wine and beverage pouring etiquette, and maintaining a silent service atmosphere.
• Drive outlet revenue through suggestive upselling of appetizers, signature drinks and artisanal desserts.
• Maintain aesthetic integrity and cleanliness of the outlet, ensuring furniture, glassware and service stations meet minimalist design standards.
• Coordinate communication between kitchen and guests, accurately handling dietary requirements and kitchen order tickets.
• Assist with daily inventory checks of bar/café stock and handle billing with 100 % accuracy using the POS system.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hospitality experience, with a strong focus on guest‑centric service.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets such as average per cover upsell, service speed, order accuracy and positive guest feedback.
