About the role
The F&B and Event Service Expert creates memorable guest experiences by delivering seamless food, beverage, and event services at The St. Regis Goa Resort. You will work closely with the kitchen, event team, and guests to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.
Key responsibilities
- Set up tables, event materials, and service stations according to event specifications.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Serve guests promptly, answer questions, and address any service issues.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including post‑event cleanup.
- Follow all company safety, security, and hygiene policies; report any incidents or maintenance needs.
- Ensure personal appearance and uniform meet professional standards.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests in line with brand standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb, and moving items safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant food‑and‑beverage or event service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
- Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and protecting company assets.
