KST Associate – Kitchen Porter

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Kitchen Porter (KST Associate) you will keep the kitchen and dining areas spotless, ensuring every guest experiences a clean and welcoming environment. You will be part of Hilton’s Hotels team, delivering memorable stays through diligent service and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and polish all serviceware, including chinaware, silverware, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels of supplies and equipment to support seamless service.
• Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness by mopping floors, removing waste and following health‑and‑safety protocols.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets, functions and other events.
• Report any hazards, maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly to the supervisor.
• Train and mentor new team members, sharing best practices to strengthen team performance.
