Food and Beverage Associate

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, guest‑focused Food and Beverage Associates to join The Postcard Hotels in Goa. You will be part of a luxury hospitality brand that values personalized service and aims to create memorable dining experiences for discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately and serve food and beverages according to service standards.
• Maintain high standards of table presentation, cleanliness and hygiene throughout the dining area.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other teams to ensure smooth, timely service and handle guest requests professionally.
• Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant/outlet, following hotel SOPs, service standards and safety guidelines.
• Understand the menu and provide confident food and beverage recommendations to guests.
• Handle guest requests and queries with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a courteous, service‑oriented personality.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Luxury or upscale hospitality experience preferred; candidates with 0‑2 years of experience are welcome.
