Associate Customer Program Manager (EG)

About the role

Are you ready to shake up the world of customer service? In this position you will work directly with US‑based customers, using agility and problem‑solving skills to increase the velocity and quality of manufactured products. You will collaborate across cross‑functional teams to resolve pain points, manage end‑to‑end projects and support multiple manufacturing orders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary ally for customers, nurturing relationships and ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience.
• Manage a portfolio of manufacturing orders, prioritising and resolving top user requests to meet timing and quality expectations.
• Gather, interpret and communicate engineering, design, manufacturing and logistics requirements to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to advocate for customers throughout the project lifecycle, including post‑delivery exceptions.
• Oversee program execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget and timeline standards.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and work with cross‑functional teams to implement efficiency solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an MBA.
• 4+ years of experience in program/project management, supply‑chain or customer‑facing operations.
• Experience supporting NPI, low‑volume production or rapid‑prototyping programs.
• Strong communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English, and proven ability to work with US‑based customers during US business hours.
