Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the PR Manager in raising awareness of Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai across media channels. The role will focus on local market visibility, digital communications, and the execution of the annual public‑relations plan, working closely with the resort’s marketing and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative publicity programmes to enhance the resort’s brand, spa, culinary offerings and services.
• Research and pitch targeted editorial stories to media outlets in key feeder markets for both group and leisure segments.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with journalists, distribute press releases, media kits and other PR materials.
• Assist in creating and managing the resort’s website content, e‑newsletter and other electronic marketing tools.
• Support the planning and execution of the annual PR roadmap, segment strategies and key initiatives aligned with the overall marketing plan.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather content for press materials and announcements.
• Monitor media coverage, analyse results and prepare performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to identify unexpected PR opportunities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the PR and marketing teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
