About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead SAP support and coordination for Bosch Chassis Systems India’s RBIC sites in Chakan, Manesar and Sanand. The role ensures smooth SAP operations, handles change requests, and supports end‑users across multiple modules.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor the SAP POE system across all RBIC locations.
- Coordinate and implement SAP change requests, upgrades and migrations (e.g., S/4 HANA, BMLP).
- Manage user roles, authorisations and access compliance with security policies.
- Resolve tickets raised via ServiceNow or Jira, prioritising by severity.
- Analyse and troubleshoot errors in SAP FI, MM, SD, PP and related modules, providing quick fixes or work‑arounds.
- Develop and maintain SAP knowledge base, SOPs and user manuals.
- Conduct training sessions and guide key users on SAP processes.
Required profile
- B.E./B.Tech degree with 4‑8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Required skills
- SAP FI, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP modules.
- Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Jira ticketing tools.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA and role‑management concepts.
