Associate - Commercial Excellence

About the role

We are looking for an Associate – Commercial Excellence to support our pharma clients in making data‑driven business decisions. The role combines analytical problem‑solving with a solid understanding of life‑science operations, and offers exposure to large‑scale IT consulting projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex business data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for pharma customers.
• Apply logical and systematic thinking to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
• Manage tasks and priorities within small project teams, ensuring timely delivery with minimal supervision.
• Communicate insights clearly in both written reports and verbal presentations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or a Master’s in Computer Applications/Information Technology.
• 0‑5 years of experience in a midsize or large IT services, consulting or analytics environment, preferably with exposure to business operations and technology.
• Strong teamwork, leadership potential, motivation to learn, ownership mindset and cultural fit.
