Wish Master – Delivery Partner

About the role

Shadowfax is seeking a Wish Master/Delivery Partner to join its logistics team in Kolkata. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate parcel deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and follow optimal delivery routes across Kolkata.
• Track shipments using the company’s delivery application.
• Interact with customers to address queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
• Care for and maintain the assigned delivery vehicle.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license and good knowledge of Kolkata routes.
• Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, if required.
• Experience in training or mentoring team members is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales or promotional activities and food‑beverage delivery processes is advantageous.
• Commitment to punctuality, safety and professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with tech‑enabled delivery applications.
• Forklift operation (if applicable).
