Store Keeper – Inventory Management (Kolkata)

About the role

Nilasha HR Solution is seeking a dedicated Store Keeper to join its client’s operations in Kolkata. The role involves managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
• Organise goods in the storage area, ensuring proper packing, labeling, and placement.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Prepare materials for dispatch and operate material‑handling equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure smooth store operations.
• Follow safety guidelines, keep the store clean and orderly, and report any discrepancies or damage promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent high school diploma.
• 1–2 years of experience in a store, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
