About the role

Vinayak Outsourcing Works Pvt Ltd is hiring skilled welders for various steel, DRI and boiler plant operations across Odisha and Chhattisgarh. Candidates will perform welding, fabrication, repair and maintenance of plant equipment, structures and pipelines.

Key responsibilities

Interpret technical drawings, schematics and welding symbols to plan welding layouts.
Execute ARC/MMA, MIG/MAG, TIG, CO2 and gas cutting operations on steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other alloys.
Fabricate, assemble and repair structural components, pipelines, boilers, storage tanks and pressure vessels.
Support preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance activities while adhering to safety standards.

Required profile

Work experience ranging from 1 to 7 years depending on the specific opening.
Ability to read blueprints and follow plant specifications.
Commitment to strict safety and hot‑work procedures.
