Welder & Fabricator (Full-Time / Part-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator with 2‑3 years of industrial experience to join our production team in Madavaram, Chennai. The role involves interpreting drawings, preparing metal components and delivering precise welds while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural and component welding using MIG, TIG or ARC processes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and weld symbols.
• Cut, grind, fit, align and clamp metal parts prior to welding.
• Inspect finished welds for defects, cracks or dimensional deviations.
• Set up, calibrate and maintain welding machines, regulators and hand tools on a daily basis.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven welding/fabrication experience in a manufacturing workshop.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
• ITI certification, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent trade qualification preferred.
