Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will lead logistics and warehouse operations for an automotive components manufacturer. You will ensure optimal inventory levels, efficient inbound/outbound flows, and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Maintain optimal inventory using LIFO, FIFO and JIT principles.
• Plan and execute material purchasing and import logistics.
• Prepare and present regular MIS reports on stock performance.
• Respond to customer inquiries about order status, shipping details and product availability.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to meet delivery expectations and resolve delays.

Required profile

• 10‑18 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Background in the automotive or automobile components sector.
• Proven ability to manage large inventories and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills for stock analysis and reporting.
