Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for timely pickup and delivery of shipments within an assigned territory. The role ensures safe handling, accurate scanning, COD collection and proof‑of‑delivery while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments, ensuring adherence to committed service timelines and route efficiency.
• Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) and maintain accurate documentation.
• Scan shipments using handheld devices, update status in real time and follow all SOPs.
• Maintain personal grooming, wear the prescribed uniform and represent the Blue Dart brand professionally.
• Ensure vehicle roadworthiness, keep statutory documents valid and report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with Shift In‑charges and branch operations teams, supporting colleagues during peak periods and operational contingencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 10th standard pass; fresher to 2 years of experience in courier, logistics or field operations.
• Valid two‑wheeler or four‑wheeler driving licence; ownership of a two‑wheeler if required for deployment.
• Minimum age 18 years, physically fit and willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
