Territory Service Representative – Delivery Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative is responsible for managing pickup and delivery operations within an assigned area. You will act as the front‑line representative of Blue Dart, ensuring shipments reach customers on time while providing courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely pickup and delivery of shipments within the assigned territory, ensuring compliance with service timelines.
• Collect Cash on Delivery payments, obtain proof of delivery and maintain accurate documentation.
• Scan shipments using handheld devices, update shipment status in real time and follow standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to road safety guidelines, maintain vehicle condition and report any incidents promptly.
• Represent the Blue Dart brand through professional appearance, punctuality and courteous customer interaction.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to resolve basic queries and escalate issues when needed.
• Good physical stamina for handling packages and operating a two‑wheeler or company vehicle.
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation and cash handling.
• Commitment to safety, punctuality and adherence to company policies.
