About the role
The Warehouse Incharge will lead warehouse operations across multiple states in India, ensuring smooth handling of goods and efficient last‑mile logistics. This on‑site role requires strong operational oversight and the ability to manage teams in fast‑moving environments.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
- Coordinate last‑mile logistics to meet delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock integrity.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a safety‑first culture.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with last‑mile delivery processes.
- Ability to manage operations across Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
