Inventory Executive – Warehouse & Dispatch Operations

About the role

The Inventory Executive will oversee end‑to‑end inventory operations at IZI’s Bhopal warehouse, ensuring accurate stock records, efficient dispatches and compliance with SOPs. This role combines warehouse management, stock verification and logistics coordination to support both B2B and B2C fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock verification, reconciliation, cycle counts and regular audits.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO principles, organise stock stacking and uphold 5S warehouse standards.
• Coordinate B2B and B2C dispatches, prepare invoices, e‑way bills, packing lists and proof‑of‑delivery documents.
• Update inventory data in ERP/WMS systems and generate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports using Excel.
• Liaise with procurement, production, finance, sales and customer support to resolve discrepancies and monitor ageing stock.
• Monitor dispatch service level agreements and ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse or supply‑chain operations, preferably in manufacturing or e‑commerce.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/WMS platforms such as ERPNext, Odoo, SAP or Unicommerce.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and dashboard creation.
• Strong ability to conduct inventory audits and produce MIS reports.
• Experience in dispatch and logistics coordination.
