Travel Operations

About the role

Voyra Global Pvt. Ltd., a travel and tourism company, is looking for a Travel Operations professional to manage end‑to‑end travel services for both B2B and B2C clients. The role involves handling domestic and international flight bookings, coordinating with vendors and ensuring a smooth client experience. You will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to deliver customized travel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Process travel bookings including flights, hotels and transfers.
• Utilize GDS platforms such as Amadeus and Galileo for flight search, fare availability, booking and ticketing.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs and other travel partners.
• Manage escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Issue vouchers, tickets and travel documents in a timely manner.
• Monitor service quality and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in travel operations, hospitality or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C travel service models.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS systems, specifically Amadeus and Galileo.
