Warehouse Associate – Operations (B2C)

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to support our B2C operations at a Maersk site. The role involves hands‑on activities that keep the flow of goods moving efficiently, from receiving shipments to preparing orders for delivery. You will work closely with the receiving, inventory and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks and containers, verify quantities and condition of goods.
• Pick items from storage locations according to order specifications.
• Pack orders securely for outbound shipment.
• Label and tag products as required.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, when certified.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and compliant with safety standards.

Required profile

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing and walking for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic numeracy for counting and checking stock.
• Reliability in attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed.
• Team‑oriented attitude and good communication with colleagues.
