Walk-in Interview for Associate Analyst – LPM (Contract Management)

About the role

Infosys BPM Ltd. is seeking an Associate Analyst for Legal Process Management (LPM) focused on contract management. The role involves end‑to‑end handling of contracts, from drafting to execution, supporting corporate clients and third‑party vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and execute low to mid‑complexity agreements such as Statements of Work, Master Professional Services Agreements, amendments, donation letters, event sponsorships and art services agreements.
• Conduct quality checks and analysis on contracts to ensure compliance with performance standards.
• Review and interpret commercial terms, providing legal analysis and recommendations.
• Maintain contract records using standard templates and legal databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve contractual issues.

Required profile

• LLB degree (5‑year program) with 2‑4 years of corporate contract management experience.
• Immediate to 30‑day notice period.
• Willingness to work US shift timings (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM) in a hybrid model (3 days onsite per week).
• Strong legal analytical and review capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with legal databases and contract drafting tools.
