Walk-in Drive for Payroll Process Specialist – Bangalore

About the role

Infosys is conducting a walk‑in drive on 16 May for candidates interested in Indian and International Payroll processing. The role is suited for professionals with 2‑4 years of payroll experience who can join immediately or within 30 days.

Key responsibilities

• Process global payroll cycles, including on‑ and off‑cycle runs.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and validations with customers and vendors.
• Maintain payroll data in HRMS/ERP systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday) and update banking or tax information.
• Handle earnings, deductions, statutory levies, and termination payouts.
• Generate and transmit payroll files to third‑party institutions and internal stakeholders.
• Execute treasury funding, post cost allocations to GL accounts, and resolve banking discrepancies.

Required profile

• Designation: Process Specialist, Process Lead or Domain Lead.
• Experience: 2+ years in Indian or International Payroll (4+ years for International Payroll).
• Education: Graduate.
• Availability: Immediate joiner or can start within 30 days.
• Shift: Rotational shifts.

Required skills

• Global Payroll processing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with HRMS/ERP platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Workday.
