About the role
Join the hospitality team at Hyatt Regency Pune as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering consistent, high‑quality service to guests in the hotel’s dining areas. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless food and beverage experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and dining areas.
- Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions, and accommodate special requests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate order delivery.
- Handle payment transactions and process bills efficiently.
- Uphold Hyatt’s service standards and health‑safety regulations at all times.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Professional, courteous, and flexible attitude.
